Petro-Canada – Platinum Dr, Mississauga

Construction of this new Petro-Canada gas station in Mississauga comprised of the following:

Site & C-Store

Site grading, cut/fill as required
Site servicing including Stormceptor and storm water storage tanks
Site lighting, bollards, landscaping and accessories
Construction of a 3,330 sq foot structural steel Convenience store w/ open plenum ceiling and 2-ply mod-bit roofing
Tim Horton’s partner area with drive thru within the C-Store
8-door walk-in cooler
Exterior finishes comprised of brick and lap siding
All concrete pads, sidewalks and curbing as required
Light duty and heavy duty asphalt paving including line painting and site signage

Petroleum

(1) underground, double wall FRP tank (100,000L regular) and (1) underground, double wall FRP split tank (25,000L premium/25,000L diesel). Including all underground piping and associated petroleum equipment
Supply and installation of (3) 3+0, (2) 3+1 Gilbarco 700 dispensers
Install new Veeder Root monitoring system complete with sensors and tank level
Aiphone intercom system for communication between dispensers and operator included
New petroleum canopy w/ signage including main ID signs
Commissioning of the fuel system
Form and pour new 8” apron
Form and pour new 6” thick concrete pad at tank farm with new monitoring wells, grade rings and lids
