Tank and Line Replacement

  • Remove and replace existing underground tanks (1 new, 100,000L Regular and 1 new 65,000L split (40L diesel and 25L premium)), backfill for tanks, piping and new concrete
  • Remove and reinstall 1.5” diameter underground petroleum piping and electrical
  • Replace 2 Dispensers, re-use 2 Dispensers
  • Supply and install new vent rack, 2hp & 1.5hp STP’s, tank level probes and associated petroleum equipment
  • Form, place, pour and finish new tank pad, apron and islands
  • New asphalt where required, replace landscaping where disturbed for electrical conduit trenching
  • New light pole on vacuum island to be installed
  • New INCON monitoring system c/w tank probes, sump sensors and ELLD
  • Relocate intercoms from columns to dispensers, supply and install new fire extinguishers

Building Exterior

  • Paint existing building white w/red band
  • Scrape and paint underside of Canopy
  • New MID signage upgrades and LED canopy lighting
