Pioneer – Hwy 27, Vaughan

This Pioneer gas station in Vaughan was a “New to Industry” build, and included the following:

All site grading, excavation, site servicing, soil disposal and backfilling
New 2,300 square foot convenience store with 750 sq ft Partner area (branded Tim Hortons) w/drive thru
C-Store exterior finishes are ACM Grey and Yellow panels and corrugated steel cladding
All underground petroleum piping, electrical and data lines
Installed new 100,000L & 65,000L Split tank including all associated petroleum equipment
Supply and install 5-dispenser Petroleum Canopy and two Main ID signs (one at each site entrance)
Form, pour and finish concrete for the tank pad, apron and islands
Poured concrete pads for the molok waste containers and transformer pad as well as sidewalks and curbs around the c-store and drive thru
New vacuum island, height restriction bar, tire inflator, site bollards, all signage bases, site lighting and bike racks
All site landscaping, including installation of decorative masonry feature wall with metal fencing
Paving of site and installation of Molok waste containers
