- Cut/fill site as required.
- Excavate for building foundations, reclaim tanks and underground services incl electrical trenches.
- Supply and install all site services including Water Recovery System and Oil/Water separator for Carwash.
- Form, pour and finish all concrete slabs, foundation walls, sidewalks, curbs and footings (for sign and light pole bases)
- Build a 1-story 7,325 sq foot car wash building which includes, a moving floor tunnel wash, 6 bay self-serve wash w/ office space and washroom.
- Car Wash building comprised of smooth face concrete block w/structural steel and 8” thick hollowcore roof.
- Exterior finishes comprised of stucco, prefinished corrugated metal siding and smooth face concrete block and mod bit roof.
- Heated slab for exit and entrance to tunnel wash as well as heated floors and aprons for wash bays.
- Installation of 4-post Canopy (over vacuum units)
- Supply and install 3 vacuum units (double sided makes 6 stations)
- Build wooden garbage enclosure.
- Final grade and pave lot, including heavy duty asphalt @ entrance/exit to site.
- Landscape site, install signage incl Main ID sign.
