Claybar was awarded this program in June of 2018. The first 2 locations were started in August of 2018, the duration for construction was 6 weeks each. The “freshii” brand was to be retro fit into existing Convenience stores, which were to remain open to the public during construction.

The general scope included:

• Wall/floor and ceiling demolition
• New framing, drywall and bulkheads
• New plumbing and electrical
• New floor tile and custom ceramic wall tile design
• Installed custom millwork, equipment and signage
