This Shell gas station project in Mississauga was a knock-down rebuild.

We went in and removed everything from the site:

• Remove existing convenience store and lube shop
• Remove existing restaurant building
• Remove existing petroleum canopy, 4 dispensers, underground fuel tanks, all underground piping and electrical items
• Remove all underground site servicing
• Remove all cast in place concrete and curbing, asphalt, bollards, signage, light fixtures, landscaping, marked trees and fencing

Then we started the rebuild from scratch:

• Completed cut/fill and compaction
• New site servicing completed on and off-site as is indicated
• Construction of new 1,140 sq ft Car wash building.
• New 1,900 sq ft Convenience store
• (2) new underground fuel storage tanks (1 x 100,000L & 1 x 60,000L split)
• New 4 pump / 8 lane gas bar canopy & MID signage including all underground petroleum piping and equipment
• All site concrete (aprons, tanks pads sidewalks, curbing, vacuum and garbage pads, carwash entrance and exit pads)
• New asphalt for site including line painting
• All site signage
• Landscaping, bollards and fencing
